About the Service
The Early Years Alliance is a charity dedicated to supporting quality care and education to children and families.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Early Years Assistant to join our team at Ladywell Pre-school in Lewisham, a Good rated nursery according to Ofsted and 9.8 on Day Nurseries.
This role involves working on a flexible basis to suit your time availability and when we require additional staff, providing high-quality inclusive early years education and care to our children.
This position offers a chance to work with a team that provides fun, safe, and stimulating learning opportunities and supports children to their full potential.
Please note that all flexible posts are on an as-and-when-required basis, so we cannot guarantee hours of work.
- Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 28 days annual leave (pro-rata)
- Employer and employee contribution pension scheme
- Regular access to internal and external learning and development opportunities.
To be successful, applicants should have:
- Previous experience working with young children, a friendly and flexible approach.
- A willingness to undertake training leading to a recognised childcare qualification.
