Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of an adult with additional needs. Your role will involve providing emotional, social, and practical support to enable them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
Key Requirements:
- A spare room in your home for the adult you support.
- Ability to provide live-in or short-break support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits and Salary
You will receive a competitive salary of £461-£562 per week and access to tax relief through HMRC for each person supported. We also offer a self-employed opportunity, allowing you to work independently while still receiving support from our team.
