Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Residential Support Worker - Worcestershire to join our residential service in the Worcestershire area.

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of young people. As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safety of the students and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the individual's care plan, guidelines, reward system, and preferred method of communication.
  • Supporting taxing behaviour safely and sympathetically.

You must be a car driver as you will be required to transport young people from time to time. The salary for this role is £27,690 - £30,690 per annum (sleep allowance included).

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker or someone with experience working with young people. A full driving license is essential for this role. NVQ or QCF level 3 in Children & Young People is desirable but not essential.
