About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety of the students and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the individual's care plan, guidelines, reward system, and preferred method of communication.
- Supporting taxing behaviour safely and sympathetically.
You must be a car driver as you will be required to transport young people from time to time. The salary for this role is £27,690 - £30,690 per annum (sleep allowance included).
RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker or someone with experience working with young people. A full driving license is essential for this role. NVQ or QCF level 3 in Children & Young People is desirable but not essential.
