Adult Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a motivated and caring Adult Residential Worker to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to residents in our Approved Premises.
As an Adult Residential Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the supervision of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. This will involve working closely with managers and relevant staff to implement policies and procedures, as well as proactively addressing any incidents or issues that may arise.
You will also be responsible for processing information and maintaining accurate records, including inputting data on our database system. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with residents, colleagues, and external agencies.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to the work with substance misusers, monitor and record residents' movements, and conduct regular checks and searches. Your ability to model positive behavior and attitudes will help shape the culture within our community.
