Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Team Lead to join our team at Co. -Op Childcare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of children.

About the Role

The Childcare Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals in a busy nursery setting. This will include planning and assessing children's development, collaborating with other staff members, and providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and education to children.
  • Plan and assess children's development, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
  • Play a key role in supporting the education and development of children through high-quality teaching and learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we will cover the costs).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate qualities.
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
