We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Specialist to join our team at Shooting Stars Nurseries in Kings Norton, Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £50 per hour.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 recognized childcare qualification and at least 2 years of experience working in a children's day nursery. As a Senior Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our young learners.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Special Educational Needs and contribute to the development of leadership skills through training and coaching.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality childcare services in accordance with EYFS guidelines and Ofsted regulations.
  • Liaise with the management team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
