Edward's Trust is seeking a seasoned fundraising professional to lead our dedicated team and drive sustainable income growth. As Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for delivering collective income targets from diverse sources, including Charitable Trusts and Foundations, Legacy and Regular Giving. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving our financial targets, as outlined in our multi-year Income Generation Plan. You will lead and line manage our small Fundraising Team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the team's success. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the Fundraising Team to achieve collective income targets
* Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure income from diverse sources
* Manage relationships with Charitable Trusts and Foundations, Legacy and Regular Giving
* Collaborate with the team to deliver the Income Generation Plan

**What You'll Need:**

* Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
