Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Evaluate the quality of work carried out by fundraising teams through observation, mystery shopping, and KPI reports.
  • Evaluate leaders' and managers' adherence to training systems.
  • Build good working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Observe and adhere to policies and procedures set out by Zen.
  • Observe and adhere to the Fundraising Regulator Code of Conduct, Fundraising Promise, and Code of Practice for Street, Door-to-Door, and Private Site Fundraising.

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, manage risks, and improve performance.
  • Computer literacy with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ideal candidate has a driver's license and access to a car.
