About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising and Development Officer to join our Development team at Ambition Institute. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of funder bids, applications, and proposals, ensuring high-quality content and materials are secured to secure funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and submission of funding proposals, reports, and engagement opportunities, ensuring donor requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new projects and products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the Development Manager to achieve team objectives and contribute to the growth of Ambition Institute.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related field, with a strong track record of securing funding.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
