We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd in East London. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a small, dedicated team of commercial administrators, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning and deliver key objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a senior commercial role, preferably within the social housing or related sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- In-depth understanding of the social housing market, including legislation, regulations, and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
