Telecommunications Business Development Executive

About the Role: As a Spanish Speaking Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential Spanish customers, introducing and explaining the benefits of our products/services, and identifying customer needs to tailor your conversation. You will maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal communication skills, be a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, and have previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable with CRM software, and possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
