Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant - Service Operations will provide administrative support to the service operations team. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and liaising with the sales force to establish priorities for customer's orders, installations, and product configurations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience working with management systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Allocate service work and call-out requests while recording all details.
  • Act as the point of contact for non-technical matters related to the service department.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with our 3rd party Service Provider, Veritek.
  • Keep accurate service records and prepare reports as required.
  • Liaise with the sales force to establish priorities for customer's orders, installations, and product configurations.
  • Handle customer service invoice inquiries via email and telephone.
