Finance and Administration Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our finance team as a Finance and Administration Assistant.

Working in Langley, Slough, you will support the finance functions of our client and collaborate with the Finance Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Process accounts payable and reconcile supplier statements
  2. Receive and distribute goods and services
  3. Support payroll, banking, invoices, cheques, and expenses
  4. Manage sales invoices
  5. Work closely with the Finance Manager on month-end tasks
  6. Bank cash as necessary
  7. Reconcile credit card transactions
  8. Proficiency in IRIS, Excel, Word, and Outlook
We're Looking For:
  1. An individual with experience in transactional finance work in the UK
  2. Possible experience in an educational or not-for-profit setting (not essential)
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills
  4. Effective multitasking abilities
This Role Offers:
  • A salary range of £27,000-£29,700 per year
  • 26 days holiday per year
