We are seeking a Student Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Richmond. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' social and emotional development, helping them build positive behaviours in a structured learning environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students in understanding and adhering to school behaviour policies, providing one-on-one and small group interventions, and promoting students' emotional wellbeing, resilience, and self-control.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Psychology or a related field (Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised UK university) and previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £96-£105 on a permanent PAYE contract, training and mentoring to develop skills in behaviour management and student support, and a chance to gain valuable experience in a supportive school, preparing for a career in education or psychology.
