Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Wellbeing Leader to join our team. As a Wellbeing Leader, you will play a vital role in promoting and enhancing the overall wellbeing of our organization. You will be responsible for implementing wellness programs, educating employees on health-related topics, and fostering a culture of wellbeing within the workplace.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
- Conduct health assessments and provide personalized recommendations for employees
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide resources and support for employees with specific health concerns
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various health topics
- Create and distribute educational materials related to nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other wellbeing areas
- Coordinate wellness challenges, events, and initiatives to engage employees in healthy behaviors
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking information or assistance with their wellbeing goals
- Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of health-related topics
- Familiarity with public health principles and practices
- Experience as a nurse or in a related healthcare field is preferred
- Ability to effectively educate and communicate with individuals or groups on health-related topics
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage and motivate employees
- Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate wellness programs and events
