You will work collaboratively with children, young people, families, and various organizations to deliver services, contributing to service development aligned with local plans, initiatives, and strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable post-qualification experience of at least 2-3 years working with children and families, along with sound knowledge and experience in child protection, court work, and relevant legislation, guidance, standards, and local policies. As a leader in the team, you will provide expert advice and support to less experienced staff, contributing to their development and the maintenance of high practice standards.
