We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Work Professional to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. As a Qualified Social Worker Children in Need, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to children and families in need of care.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a busy front door service, multi-agency team, and under the supervision of a Team Manager. You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other professionals, including liaison with agencies and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Experience in a busy front door service screening safeguarding referrals
  • Working in a multi-agency team
  • Completed AYSE, experienced social worker required
  • Liaise with other professionals

In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 per annum, plus benefits, including:

  • Receive up to £250 for each referred worker (see terms)

We require a DipSW or equivalent qualification, registration with the HCPC, and a current DBS. Additionally, being a car driver is essential for this role.
