Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Wellbeing Leader to join our team. As the School Wellbeing Leader, you will play a crucial role in promoting and supporting the overall wellbeing of our students. You will be responsible for implementing programs and initiatives that focus on physical, mental, and emotional health within the school community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs for students, including activities related to physical health, mental health, and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community organizations to create a supportive environment for student wellbeing
- Provide education and training to staff members on topics such as mental health awareness, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement in student wellbeing and develop strategies to address them
- Support students who may be experiencing challenges or difficulties by providing counseling or connecting them with appropriate resources
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and make adjustments as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in student wellbeing to ensure the implementation of evidence-based strategies

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescents is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mental health issues affecting students and familiarity with intervention strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
