Are you passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing in schools? Do you have experience in managing teams and developing interventions? If so, we want to hear from you

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to take on the role of Schools Wellbeing Director. As part of our wellbeing services team, you will be responsible for managing a team of wellbeing coaches and therapeutic practitioners to deliver mental health initiatives to children, young people, parents/carers, and teachers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. We estimate the salary for this role to be in the range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in managing teams and developing interventions
  • Knowledge of the London Borough of Southwark and its community
  • An awareness of working to safeguard children and young people
