Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Wellbeing Services Lead Manager, responsible for leading our Wellbeing Services and Under 11's therapeutic interventions across Southwark Schools.

You will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with schools and other partners to provide high-quality services to children and young people.

About the Role:

This role involves managing a team of professionals who deliver interventions in schools, providing support for students' mental health and wellbeing.

You will work closely with school leaders and staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student mental health and wellbeing outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering Wellbeing Services and Under 11's therapeutic interventions across Southwark Schools.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with school leaders and staff to integrate our services into school policies and practices.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,500 per annum, based on market rates and location factors.
