We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Admin Support Assistant in Amesbury. As an Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting our branch by answering phone calls and sourcing candidates for our clients
• Managing recruitment campaigns, including social media pages, and building relationships with candidates and clients
• Approaching candidates in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining excellent levels of communication throughout the recruitment process
• Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email communications
Requirements:
• Admin experience, ideally within a warehouse environment
• Computer literate, confident in using basic Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
