HR Services Lead

We are looking for an experienced HR Services Lead to join our team at Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited. As a key member of our People Services Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives while promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise and contribute to the success of our organisation. You will have the chance to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and teams across the business, using your technical knowledge and skills to advise and influence decision-making.
About the Job:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects that drive business growth and improvement.
- Deliver expert HR advice and guidance to leaders and managers across the organisation, ensuring consistency and adherence to policy and legislation.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform strategic decisions and drive business performance.
- Liaise with external partners and suppliers to secure the best value for the business.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our teams.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and respectful culture that supports the well-being and engagement of all employees.

About You:
- A degree-level qualification in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrable breadth of generalist HR experience, preferably in the public sector, NHS, charity, or education sectors.
- Experience of managing a small team and leading by example.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and employment law.
- Proven experience in streamlining and improving processes, with a focus on user experience and efficiency.
