As a Sales Executive with the Academy of Digital Industries, you will play a key role in guiding potential students through the process of selecting educational courses that best suit their aspirations in creative digital industries, including graphic design, digital marketing, and brand development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage new and existing leads to introduce our course offerings, highlighting their relevance to careers in creative digital sectors.
  • Become an expert on our range of products and services.
  • Maintain active engagement with potential students throughout the decision-making process.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely billing and collection from new and existing customers.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in educational services, e-learning, or creative industries.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone, via email, and messaging.
  • Well-organised with experience using CRM systems and sales software.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Empathetic listener who can understand and respond to potential students' needs and concerns.
  • Goal-oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback and coaching, with a continuous desire to improve both personally and professionally.
