As a Sales Manager at Sphere Digital Recruitment | Best Small Company 2022, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through the development of new business relationships and the expansion of existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Group Sales Director to increase revenue streams across digital, programmatic, and branded content offerings.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key agency groups and clients.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital media sales.
  • Strong agency/client contacts and a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
