Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing leads to introduce our course offerings, highlighting their relevance to creative digital sectors.
- Become an expert on the academy's range of products and services.
- Maintain active engagement with potential students throughout the decision-making process.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely billing and collection from customers.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in educational services, e-learning, or creative industries.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement via various channels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Self-motivation, discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Ambitious sales targets can be met or exceeded.
- Continuous improvement and adaptability are key to success.
