Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing leads to introduce our course offerings, highlighting their relevance to creative digital sectors.
  • Become an expert on the academy's range of products and services.
  • Maintain active engagement with potential students throughout the decision-making process.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely billing and collection from customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in educational services, e-learning, or creative industries.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement via various channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ambitious sales targets can be met or exceeded.
  • Continuous improvement and adaptability are key to success.
