Job Summary: Administrative Officer - Care Services

We are seeking an experienced administrative officer to join our care services team. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Family Hub service, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing vital support to families, children, and young people.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and preserve confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Family Hub team, including maintaining accurate records and processing incoming data and referrals.
- Produce letters and reports while adhering to reporting timescales.
- Meet and greet families and partners, introducing them to the Family Hub programme and its activities, while encouraging their engagement and participation.
- Coordinate training events, courses, and parenting programmes both in-person and via online systems, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure their success.
