Role Overview
Austin Fraser is a leading contract hire and fleet management company based in Northampton. We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Fleet Administrator to join our team, working in a close-knit office environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to perform general administrative duties, manage fleet queries, and collaborate with internal departments.

About the Job
This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 7:30am and 4:30pm or 8am and 5pm. As a Vehicle Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining and updating fleet records, and ensuring Health and Safety compliance for employees.

  • Responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records, liaising with internal teams
  • Performing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations
