We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Assistant Reception Manager to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage the reception area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that all guests' needs are met
