Job Summary:We are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager - Therapeutic Areas and Solutions, a remote-based role in the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the health and life sciences industry, with a proven ability to create and manage marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, and campaigns that drive client interest and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that drive engagement and differentiation for various therapeutic areas, such as oncology, cardiovascular, and others.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and operational stakeholders to create compelling customer-facing materials and plan impactful events.
- Advise on and develop strategies to create compelling marketing messaging and programs via an omni-channel approach to drive client interest and create differentiation.
- Launch and manage highly targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement with and preference for Fortrea and focus on sales enablement and lead generation.
- Measure impact of marketing initiatives via metrics and dashboards reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and formal academic qualification such as a master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience with marketing program strategy, planning, development, and implementation in the health & life sciences industry.
- Experience in omni-channel strategies including digital, social, print, email, webinar, and face-to-face events.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to influence others outside of marketing.
- Excellent written, project management, presentation, and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to travel globally - up to 15% travel.
