Britannia Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Executive to join their team at The Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth.

This historic hotel, opened in 1838 on Queen Victoria's coronation day, offers stunning views across the bay from its 207-bedroom premises set within secluded grounds.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic passion for sales. In this role, you will build positive relationships with new and existing clients, confidently convert new leads into new business, and work together with the team to maximise sales and revenue.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance revenue.
