Sales and Partnership Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Managing the commercial aspects of accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and profit margins.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in a sales or account management role within the drinks, hospitality, or FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
