Role Overview

We are seeking an Offender Behaviour Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and analysing information to identify offender behaviour patterns and develop effective interventions to reduce re-offending.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience of working with offender data, and a deep understanding of the criminal justice system. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with stakeholders, including probation staff, police officers, and local authorities.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, pension coverage under the Local Government Pension Scheme, and extensive training and development opportunities.
