Job Title: SEN Support Worker - Behavioural Specialist

Job Description:
Our school in Reading seeks a compassionate SEN Support Worker to support students with behavioural difficulties. The successful candidate will work closely with the teaching team and SENCo to develop and implement behaviour plans, helping students to manage challenging behaviour and achieve academic progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with students who require behavioural support.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCo on behaviour plans.
  • Help create a positive classroom environment.

Requirements:
  • Experience in behaviour management.
  • DBS check required.
