About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Positive Behaviour Wake Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Positive Behaviour Wake Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those on the autistic spectrum and with challenging behaviours.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing effective day-to-day shift cover to support the needs of our service users
  • Working within a small team to ensure our service users receive the care and support they need, in line with their agreed support plans
  • Implementing agreed behavioural interventions and effectively implementing assessment and intervention methods
  • Being confident in working with ever-changing environments and adapting approaches to challenging situations

Requirements

  • Experience in working with complex individuals and a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Positive Behaviour Training would be an advantage, but you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of working with complex people and the challenges they face
  • Forward-thinking and able to use communication to facilitate and break down barriers to good care
