**Job Description:**
Supporting Children in Care:
Provide exceptional support and guidance to children in care, addressing their emotional, physical, and educational needs.
Collaborating with Professionals:
Work closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized plans for each child.
Fostering a Safe Environment:
Create a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes the growth and development of children in care.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Worker
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with professionals

**Salary:** Up to £38 per hour
