Vulnerable Individuals Stabilization and Reintegration Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Substance Misuse and Homelessness Support Worker to join our team at Belmont Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering targeted support to vulnerable individuals, helping them to achieve stability and reintegration into their communities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in substance misuse and homelessness support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local authority policies and procedures related to homelessness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the issues surrounding substance misuse and homelessness and be able to develop and implement effective support plans to meet the complex needs of clients. They will also be able to work collaboratively with local authorities, healthcare providers, and community organisations to ensure seamless service delivery.
