Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Support Coach to join our team in Maidstone, focusing on the rehabilitation and reintegration of participants into the community.

You will be working closely with our Pathways to Independence service, offering support and interventions to facilitate successful resettlements for 31 residents in Maidstone.

The shift pattern is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM.

Our salary for this position is £23,900 per annum.

Your Key Accountabilities
  • Support individuals with complex backgrounds or needs
  • Apply your IT skills, specifically at an intermediate level, including Microsoft software
  • Show willingness to adapt to changing working patterns, responding to service needs
  • Promote the service and engage in outreach-based provision, building partnerships with relevant stakeholders
