Salary


We offer an annual salary of £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits including a generous pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave, and flexible working arrangements.



About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Forensic Outreach Liaison Service (FOLS). As an Advanced Risk Assessment Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing autistic individuals for discharge from hospital environments and reintegration into their community.



Main Duties



  • Prepare autistic individuals for discharge from hospital environments and reintegration into their community
  • Recognise when an individual requires increased levels of support to promote a sustainable lifestyle in the Community
  • Promote recovery and support patients to understand their risks and how to work towards greater independence
  • Work closely with other agencies, including Community services and the Criminal Justice System


Requirements


We are looking for an individual with core transferable skills from nursing, social work, or AHP backgrounds. Prior experience in mental health settings, preferably in forensic services or community settings, is essential. You should be a registered professional with advanced risk assessment techniques and psychological approaches to patient care.
