We are looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse - SACT to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with patients receiving chemotherapy and supportive treatments for haematological disorders.

The role involves working closely with the ward manager and nursing team to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring that patients receive individualized, compassionate, and informed care throughout their treatment pathway.

Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating specialist care delivered to patients, administering prescribed medication, and communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.

We are offering an estimated salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
