Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Professional to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a Risk Management Professional, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the risk posed by offenders in the community. You will work closely with offenders, their families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management plans that address the root causes of offending behaviour.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of offender management and a commitment to supporting individuals to change their behaviour. The successful candidate will have experience of working with diverse groups and individuals to motivate and change behaviour, as well as making effective referrals to external agencies and managing relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage the risk posed by offenders in the community
  • Develop and implement effective risk management plans with offenders
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor progress
  • Make effective referrals to services and facilities
  • Communicate with offender management staff and external agencies
  • Undertake prison, home or alternate location visits
  • Work in the court setting, including reports and prosecution of breaches
