  • Ensure compliance with specifications, PPM, schedules, and procedures.
  • Complete electronic and paperwork records, and provide quotations for outstanding actions.
  • Carry out electrical tests and record results on completion of electrical repairs and installations.

Requirements

  • Formal electrical qualification.
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • Mechanical or plumbing qualification.
