Key Responsibilities
- Undertake planned maintenance, reactive fault finding, and repairs at one of our client sites in Northfleet.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, PPM, schedules, and procedures.
- Complete electronic and paperwork records, and provide quotations for outstanding actions.
- Carry out electrical tests and record results on completion of electrical repairs and installations.
Requirements
- Formal electrical qualification.
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience in a similar facilities management role.
- Mechanical or plumbing qualification.
