About the Role

Pursuing a career with Hireful, we are looking for a skilled Health & Safety Consultant to support our Risk Management function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk assessments, safe systems of work, method statements, policies etc.
  • Conduct site audits, inspections etc.
  • Analyse trends, produce reports, and provide legal defence in case of accidents.
  • Aid in securing new and retaining existing health & safety business.
  • Operate our on-line Health and Safety Management System (xCenta) and integrate it into clients' systems.
  • Devise, develop, and deliver Risk Management strategies for assigned clients.
  • Deliver training to colleagues, clients etc.
  • Perform noise assessments, hand arm vibration assessments, safe air testing etc.
Requirements
  • Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
