Job Summary

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our store operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your colleagues to ensure company standards are maintained across all areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities

As Store Operations Manager, you will oversee the functionality of a team by determining goals that colleagues will work towards each shift. You will provide guidance, instruction on how to approach tasks, and lead by example. You will also be responsible for reviewing safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts.

In the absence of senior management, you will have the responsibility of duty manager of the store. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £12,500 per annum (pro-rata)
  • The potential to be trained and progress to a Duty Manager role
  • A 36.75 hour contract with flexibility to work earlies, lates, and one weekend day per week
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You will also need to be flexible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid age identification document.
