Administrative Support Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team at Woking MRI, supporting the admin team in Surrey. The role involves working across two sites, Woking and Chertsey, operating 4 MRI scanners. Our team of Radiographers and Administrators provide an efficient and professional service to patients, the Trust, and private referrers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Make telephone bookings for patients attending our services
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless interactions
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems and computer files
Requirements
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment, with a focus on administration and patient-facing roles
  • Excellent IT and administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and organized attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality service
