About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Office Administrator to join our Haematology team at Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Haematology Clinical Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Haematology Consultants and Clinical Office Coordinators
  • Organize workload and coordinate activities to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and discretion
  • Communicate effectively with patients, GPs, and hospital staff
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and sorting post
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • English GCSE Grade C or equivalent
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
