Senior HR Advisor with Travel Opportunities

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
As a HR Advisor at SGS, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. You will be responsible for providing HR guidance to management, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and case management. They will be proficient in HR software and systems, and have a strong understanding of employee relations and case management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR Advisor and will be fully CIPD qualified (Level 5) or equivalent. They will have notable experience in employee relations and case work, performance management, capability, disciplinary hearings, and absence management.
