Job Type:

Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As an HR Advisor at SGS, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include providing HR guidance to management, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and case work.
  • Implement effective HR policies and procedures to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management, including investigations into employee complaints.
  • Stay updated with employment laws and regulations and HR best practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and case management. You will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and skilled in data analysis for management insights.
