Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a HR Advisor at SGS, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. You will be responsible for providing HR guidance to management, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance to management
  • Implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and performance management
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints
  • Stay updated with employment laws and regulations and HR best practice

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor
  • Fully CIPD qualified (Level 5) or equivalent
  • Notable experience in employee relations and case work, performance management, capability, disciplinary hearings and absence management
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and case management
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
