At SGS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and case management.
  • Implement effective HR policies and procedures to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary hearings.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and case management.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent.
  • Notable experience in employee relations, case work, performance management, capability, and absence management.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and case management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
