About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at SGS. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance to management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement effective HR policies and procedures, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and case work, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to inform HR decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a strong background in employee relations and case management.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent, demonstrating a high level of expertise in HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, with the ability to analyze data for management insights.
